WHY WE CREATED THIS COURSE

When Dr. Josh started out, the vestibular system and the eyes were the two areas he understood least — and the two that made the biggest difference once he did.

Over the last decade in clinical practice, he learned how the vestibular system drives muscle tone, posture, and coordination, and how the eyes have to move and integrate for everything else to work. This course goes far deeper than Unraveling the Brain or Neuro Build — pairing Dr. Josh's vestibular neurology with vision training from Taylor, a therapist who spent five years at the highest level of vision therapy. Together they give you the depth and the protocols to reach patients who plateaued on reflexes, tone, and metabolic work.

WHAT YOU'LL
LEARN

From the neurology of balance and the eyes to ready-to-run rehab and vision protocols — each phase builds on the last so you can take a patient from assessment to integration.

01:
FOUNDATIONS
01

Understand the vestibular system:

What it is, how it works, the neurology behind it, when and how it develops, and how it ties back to primitive reflexes, muscle tone, posture, and coordination — the depth you need for everything that follows.

02:
VESTIBULAR REHAB
02

Assess and rehabilitate balance:

Foundational vestibular assessment, cervical range and canal function, Romberg and canal-specific balance testing, swivel chair, laser maze, balance beam, BOSU, and postural-reflex work — with a clear clinical progression.

03:
OCULAR TRAINING
03

Get the eyes moving and working together:

Convergence and divergence demystified — peripheral vision, fixations, pursuits, saccades, Hart charts, pencil push-ups, and the full Brock string progression, taught by a top-level vision therapist.

04:
INTEGRATION
04

Tie it all together:

Integrate vestibular and visual work with the reflexes and systems you already train — and reach the higher level that helps patients you couldn't help before.

HOW THIS COURSE IS DIFFERENT

The vestibular system and the eyes sit underneath the work you already do on reflexes, tone, and metabolics. This course turns that neurology into protocols you can run in clinic — with two instructors who live in these systems every day.

WHAT STUDENTS GET INSIDE:

  • Vestibular neurology made clear: How balance develops, how it shapes tone and posture, and how it connects to the reflexes you already work on.
  • Convergence & divergence demystified: The eye-movement basics most clinicians were never taught — and how to get the eyes working together.
  • Step-by-step rehab & vision protocols: Swivel chair, balance beam, postural reflexes, Brock string, Hart charts, pencil push-ups — repeatable and progression-based.
  • Two expert instructors: Dr. Josh Madsen on the vestibular system and Taylor on vision — five years at the highest level of vision therapy.
  • Lifetime access: Self-paced video lessons and supporting visual diagrams you can return to any time.

IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR YOU?

THIS COURSE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:

  • You're a practitioner or therapist: And you want real depth on the vestibular system and the eyes, not a surface overview.
  • Your patients are plateauing: And reflexes, tone, and metabolic work alone aren't moving them forward anymore.
  • You want protocols, not just theory: You're looking for assessments and exercises you can run in clinic and progress over time.

THIS COURSE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF:

  • × You're brand new to this work: This is an advanced course — it builds on the foundations covered in Unraveling the Brain and Neuro Build.
  • × You want a single quick technique: Vestibular and visual gains come from correct assessment and progressive, repeated training.
  • × You need direct medical care: This is professional education and does not replace evaluation and treatment by a licensed provider.

There's a higher level here, and by digging a little bit deeper, you're going to be able to help patients that you weren't able to help before.

Vestibular & Functional Neurology

Dr. Josh Madsen

Dr. Josh Madsen is a Fellow of the International Board of Functional Neurology, trained at the Carrick Institute, who blends chiropractic, functional neurology, and functional medicine to help children with developmental delays heal. Over the last decade he's gone deep on the vestibular system — how it develops and how it drives tone, posture, and coordination — and teaches that half of the course.

  • Fellow of the International Board of Functional Neurology
  • Trained at the Carrick Institute
  • 10+ years applying vestibular work in clinical practice
Taylor Moellenbeck
Vision Therapy

Taylor Moellenbeck

Taylor Moellenbeck spent five years at the highest level of vision therapy before joining the Infinity team. He teaches the entire ocular half of the course — convergence, divergence, and how to get the eyes moving and working together — then shows you how to integrate it all with the reflex and vestibular work you're already doing.

  • 5 years as a top-level vision therapist
  • Teaches the full ocular curriculum
